Dear Reader,
I highly recommend doing mirror work everyday whenever and wherever possible. What is a mirror work? You basically look into the mirror and start saying kind and loving things to yourself like:
- “I love you I really, really love you”
- ”<Your name> you are so amazing”
- ”This is going to be a wonderful and fantastic day”
I always do it in the morning and later on whenever possible. My favourite place is when I enter the elevator (I live on the 7th floor). Providing I’m alone I look in the mirror and start doing it. Some people have it easy, for others it takes a bit of time to be comfortable saying kind things to themselves. Have fun with it!
